Gute Lage, schöne, kleine Hotelanlage
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in der Nähe des Strandes. Nahe vom la Brisa, Beach Club. Ein Besuch dort ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Pools und die ganze tropische Anlage laden zum entspannwn ein. Frühstück ok.

Wir beginnen mit dem Positiven und das sind leider nur 3 Dinge: 1. das Bett war extrem gemütlich und wenn wir geschlafen haben, dann sehr gut. 2. das Personal war freundlich. 3. war das Frühstück für balinesische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Jetzt zu dem Negativen und das ist eine lange Liste: Das Hotel ist für seinen Preis (ca 50€ pro Nacht) überhaupt nicht wert. Es gibt 3 kleine Pools (alle identisch und einfallslos) umgeben von Zimmern, welche sich direkt um den Pool befinden, dadurch kann man sich weder Sonnen noch hat man Platz. Die Zimmer an sich sind geschmacklos und leider sieht alles sehr abgenutzt aus. Zudem ist das Bad sehr unpraktisch gebaut und die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Für das Geld haben wir deutlich besseres und vor allem Unterkünfte mit Stil und Liebe zum Detail bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels hat sich m.E. mittlerweile leider zum als equivalent vom Ballermann auf Mallorca entwickelt (wir waren vor paar Jahren in Canggu und hatten zuvor einen völlig anderen Eindruck). Da Bali allgemein gerade von einer bestimmten Nation überrannt wird, gesellen sich auch Leute dazu, die wenig höflich, rücksichtsvoll oder respektvoll sind. Wir wurden in 4 Nächten 2x davon geweckt, dass betrunkene Gäste an ihre Zimmertür treten und hämmern. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts aber es trägt zu einem weniger angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Uns tat das Personal sehr leid, dass stets freundlich und professionell geblieben ist, obwohl es mit solch unhöflichen Gästen zurechtkommen musste.

The hotel has a good service and the location is very close to the beach. It is also surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. However, the hotel is a bit rundown and lacking facility. The pool is also very small and dirty. If you don't spend tons of time at the hotel, this is a good place to book. However, if you wanna chill longer at the hotel, it is not the most comfortable place to stay.

Top Preis-/Leistung in Canggu
Mein viertes oder fünftes Mal da und bin wie immer happy. Hatte eine Superior Villa, welche sich eher im hinteren Teil befindet. Preis-/éeistung ist top und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Denke, dass es vorne wegen der Bar etwas laut werden könnte. Lage top gleich beim Echo Beach, La Brisa Beach Club und Deus und alles ander ist auch in der Nähe.

Absolutes Top Hotel 5min vom Echo Beach
Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Ich hatte die Villa mit Pool Zugang und es war toll!... Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber, das Bad welches sich aussen befindet ist unglaublich. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und die Lage ist absolut top. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe wie z.B. Shady Shack, Deus oder Nalu Bowls. Coole Shops an der selben Strasse und Echo Beach ist nur 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Scooter Verleih sowie Massage und ATM ist auch gleich da. Werde in 1 Woche wieder dahin gehen. Preis-/Leistung ist auch top im Vergleich zu den anderen Angeboten in Canggu!

Good value for money. Garden view rooms are of really spacious size including the bathroom. It’s a pretty basic room but no toiletries provided other than hand soap and shampoo/ body wash and few standard ones (no vanity kit). Staff are really amazing and friendly, always with a smile. It’s a mere 5 mins to Echo beach with plenty of food options around.

The hotel is in a very walkable area - cafes, restaruants, and shops are all found in the surrounding area. A huge plus is that the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The gardens and pool areas are all very nice. The room/bathroom could use some updating - the shower area is especially starting to look very worn. Staff was very friendly.

It was a very good hotel. very close to the beach. I saw that other people complained about noise from the bar across the street but I was in a garden view room and was not disturbed in the slightest. Overall, everything was comfortable and clean.

First of all, I never write reviews, so when I do it means something went beyond my expectations. The staff at this hotel was amazing. Each was so helpful and on top of things. A light went out in my room and it was fixed when I came back. Also the front desk checked with me to acknowledge that it was fixed. Very impressive! Also when I left to go surfing. My room was fresh and clean when I came back. Anything and everything I needed was done immediately or in a timely manner. So the staff & service gets beyond the stars given here. The experience at this hotel was perfect. You just need to know there’s a bar with live music every night so if you want a quieter room choose the garden view rooms in back. You don’t hear the music back there :) Also Canggu is very convenient but if you want to walk around it’s VERY stressful cos of the tiny streets with no sidewalks and scooters and cars get very close to you. It’s better to travel via scooter if you can handle the very chaotic traffic. Hope this is helpful :)

Went to check in at 2pm, and the room wasn’t ready because the people staying there hadn’t left yet. Staff did nothing to move them, so my partner and I had to wait in a spare room for 3?hours until our room was ready. Then, our rooms Air conditioner didn’t work, I called for assistance, and they said they’d be right there! Except no one ever came to look at it. Overall poor staff and poor service.

Great place to stay! Clean spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel was close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Music from the bar opposite the hotel stopped at about 11pm each night. Would stay there again.

Great location but if you have a room facing the street which I had it can get really busy. There is a bar across and they play really loud music until 11pm. After a 10 hours flight, it wasn’t the best. I could hear the music as if I was in the bar myself even with my earplugs in.

Great location, walkable to Canggu. Clean and felt safe. If you use grab then don’t go there as you have to walk up to the end of the road for a taxi to meet you.

Value for money, good location.
I took the room with a pool view and stayed for a total of 6 nights(3 nights + extended for 3 more). The aircon wasn't working on the first night and despite calling the front desk, the technician did not come until I had to go there. Finally, they changed my room but then the mattress was very noisy and I couldn't sleep. The next day they finally changed my room and it was all good. The pool is nice and cozy. Good breakfast options on the menu and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
