„Definitely will be back to stay there when we’re in town “

Freundliches Personal“

„Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Weitläufig. Mehrere Pools. Gepflegt Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Lobby. Schnelle Problemlösung (kostenloses Upgrade)“

„very very good“

„Nice hotel and a supportive staff, who organize you e.g. a motorbike.“

„The Alana is a new Hotel, very clean and functional. Small pool (only for kids) can't swim. The breakfast doesn't suit for western guests (only scramble eggs, no sausages, no salamis). As a western guest I m not familiar with "traditional" indonesian foods and those 4-5 types of food. Fruit and sweets choice is very poor, even I can say "it's nothing", need to be highly improved!!! I wasn't delighted much with reception and breakfast personal. There acting more like robots and not as persons, I ...

„Es war einfach alles gut und sauber. Leute ware sehr freundlich und und immer sehr hilfsreich! Kann man weiter empfehlen!“

„nicht sonderlich sauber. “

„Nice surrounding, but loud at saturday evening caused due to a disco. Big and friendly room, breakfast disappointing ( only soup with rice everyday)“

„Ich hatte hier einen kurzen Zwischenaufenthalt. Das Hotel war super. Ich kann es empfehlen.“

„War gut und hilfsbereiter“

„Das Hotel befindet sich ausshalb des Zentrum.“

„The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.“

„New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.“
