The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, heating and cooling, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy fantastic communal amenities, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, movie room, games room, gym, and work desks.

The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a Double bed. Please note that the second bedroom is an internal room and does not have windows. It features frosted glass doors leading to the apartment hallway, so some light may enter the bedroom if the kitchen light is on.

The apartment is new and has lift access, one secure underground car space, and a TV with Chromecast so you can cast shows from your personal device. The kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine.

The prime location makes your stay in Canberra simple and convenient. With shops, cafés, restaurants, a movie theatre, and other amenities within easy reach, there is plenty to explore nearby. Bus stops are also close by, and driving is convenient thanks to the apartment`s central Woden location.

This apartment is part of the WOVA complex, a residential community built in 2024 and one of Woden`s newest additions. Residents have access to standout communal facilities, including an indoor heated pool, large sauna, gym, ping pong, BBQ facilities, movie room, games room, and outdoor seating areas.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment. Communal facilities, such as the pool, gym, and sauna, are shared with other residents.

A $300 refundable security deposit will be held during your stay. This is not an additional charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It will be released after checkout.
