Relax in this fresh Turner apartment, offering comfort and style. Enjoy stunning views of Canberra’s landscape from both the bedroom and living room. Located by the Light Rail, walking distance to Haig Park, and minutes from ANU, Braddon’s dining scene, Canberra Centre, and Lake Burley Griffin.

You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 43" Samsung TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available in the European-style laundry, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The residential garage has 1 allocated car space for the apartment. Alternatively, Limited free 2H parking in the complex and Wilson carpark is available.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the common garden, rooftop and BBQ Area located on the 9th floor. Please note that entry is via stairs from Level 9.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Your keys are at "23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon" (beside "On Lonsdale Café").

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. STRICTLY NO CHILDREN. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot).

Lovely, convenient easy check in and close parking

I had a lovely 4 weeks whilst staying at this property for my uni internship. The check in process was easy, and the team was very helpful with answering any questions or concerns. After watching the video, finding the parking spot wasn’t an issue. The whole apartment was professionally cleaned, I couldn’t fault it. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, had everything you need from pots, pans, cutting boards. A highlight was a variety of little lunch boxes, ideal to take on the go. The wifi was great and fast. This place also has a washing machine and clothes line which made it very handy if you don’t use a dryer. The bed was very comfortable and warm, with extra blankets. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, and come again.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was well appointed and had all the necessities to make it a very comfortable 5 day visit but we could have easily moved in for a lot longer. So close to everything.
