„My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We had 6 people in our party. We all stayed very comfortably at this home. Common spaces had enough seating for everyone and we never felt crowded. Owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had. House was well equipped and it was obvious they put a lot of thought and effort to ensure their guests were provided for. „This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. “

„The quaint house is right off the road and easy to get to places. It is very well decorated and clean! It was even equipped with utensils, dishes and cups for our use which was helpful when the kids were still hungry at night. We didn’t have any communication issues as the details were very clear and given far in advance. We really enjoyed our stay here! “

„Had a fun stay while visiting relatives! The view from the hilltop property is gorgeous. It has the feel of a genuine working farm. We watched as one of the most enormous Scottish Highland cattle was being readied for show. As intimidating as they look, they seem to be more like giant labradors. There was a friendly dog and two calves as well.We didn’t have a need, but the full kitchen seems to have all the basics. The D-suite with the extra room is a huge space.“

„We had a wonderful time staying here, and Colin was a fantastic host! Everything was just as we would have expected, hot tub got nice and hot, lots of available wood for us to burn, and a really wonderfully cozy and comfortable home to stay in. Entertainment on the tv was easy to manage, and the cookware was in great condition, and had lots of options to make meals for our larger group. Will definitely look into staying here in the future!
