The apartment is located in the first floor of a house in the historical center of the city, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sicily.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
The apartment is completely furnished with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, induction stove, freezer, oven, fridge and all the instruments.

Description of the internal spaces:
The apartment 2 is located at the first floor of a central house in the historical center of the city, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sicily.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
The house has 4 floors (1 ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor) with 4 apartments.

Each apartment occupies one entire floor:

- apartment 1 on the ground floor
- apartment 2 on the first floor
- apartment 3 on the second floor
- apartment 4 on the third floor

Thus each apartment is completely independent from the others except for the shared staircase that allows the guests to reach the apartments' entrance.

Every apartment is 70 sq m with two view balconies, one with seas view (except for apartment 3 which has no balconies but very large windows).

Every apartment includes:

- one living room with equipped kitchen and three seats sofa-bed
- one bedroom with queen sized bed
- one bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, bidet and sink
-sea view balconies/windows

Every apartment in completely furnished, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, induction stove, freezer, oven, fridge and all instruments to live there.

Every apartment is equipped with 1 set of towels per person (every person has three towels) and fresh sheets.

Handsoap, body/shampoo soap and hair dryer are included in the bathrooms.

Guests Access:
Guests have full access to flat number 2 at the first floor of the house and the shared staircase to reach the apartments.

Check in/Check out method:
As soon as you will book your amazing holiday you will receive the email for the online check-in, followed by the access link/ code to open the aparments' door.
Please keep in mind that in order to have access to the booked flat you have to complete the self-check in procedure that you will receive via message or email (Upload of ID cards).
Once you will complete the previous step, the procedure will ask you to pay the city tax.

In the flat you will find a complete brochure with all the information you need, useful places to know near the house, useful numbers in cases of emergency, for restaurants/ bars/ clubbing/ beaches/ advices and recommendations to make your holiday really unforgettable 😊
