The only thing I did not like is that they do not have room service. You have to pick your own food from the restaurant in the lobby. The view from the room was great. Unfortunately, Camden NJ is rated as one of the unsafest places in USA.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Waterfront mit Blick auf die Skyline von Philadelphia. Free Coffee wird vom Hotel angeboten. Leider keine kostenfreie Parkplätze! Zur Subway läuft man gute 10-15 min. (City Hall) durch leicht verlassene Straßen, die aber auch gut beleuchtet sind.

Noisy property, stayed last year it was good so we stayed again this year and unfortunately there was a ton of activity quads and dirt bikes riding up and down the road , cars playing loud music and bass at 11:30 at night , not necessarily the hotels fault but it was a let down for sure

Loved everything about our stay expect for the parking situation. It was an additional cost to use their parking lot which I thought was odd. Never experienced that at other hotels before. Other than that, great stay.

We asked to have the door opened for us since I had a bad knee. Someone picked up our call and said they were on the way- no one came, we were outside for 10 minutes. Additionally, in the morning we tried to call the front desk 3 times, and no answer. There was no one in the front desk. overall very poor experience, would not visit again

Typically sharing a poor review is not a choice made. The room had a very loud mechanical unit and housekeeping was unable to clean and refresh the rooms the next until after 5:00 pm because of staff shortage. The dining experience, was strange, to say the least, the bartender waited on us, as we were seated on the patio, and we were surprised at the inappropriate language and comments we experienced. The dining manager the next morning was wonderful and kind, unlike the evening before. The food with both dinner and breakfast the next morning was not worth going back but there are no other options in Camden. The property is not run down but there is nothing in Camden other than the Hilton.

I would stay again, overall was a great stay, beds are comfy. Pillows no so much. View was great, area was convenient and quiet in general. The only problem was cars driving by with very loud music at times in the middle of the night.

No ROOM SERVICE, when it was advertised on the TV, on the QR code in bedroom. Regret paying for parking when there was plenty parking outside the hotel. 1 of the room keys would not work after 1 day and when leaving same thing.
