A two bedroomed two bathroom Victorian terraced house over 3 floors with light and comfortable lounge, separate dining room leading to the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Located on a quiet street one street away from the River Cam and a river walk into the city and very close to a large Tesco's.

There are parking restrictions on the streets around the house from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday to Saturday. There is metered on 2 ajoining streets at these times (30 seconds walk) on River Lane (RING GO location 16758) and Saxon Road (RING GO location 16763). Maximum stay 8 hours - cost £1.20 for every 30 minutes plus 10p charge per booking. Free outside restricted time.

There is also free parking for up to 3 hours at Tesco's, Cheddar Lane, Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8LD which is a very short 2 to 3 minute walk from the front door. Additional time can be purchased from YOUR PARKING SPACE but there is an hourly charge 24 hours a day over 3 hours.

There is also up to 4 hours free parking in the Cambridge Retail Park on the other side of Newmarket Road, a 5 to 8 minute walk from the house.
