„When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. While to done this might not be the most positive review, these things happen and things do get missed. It's how it all gets sorted that matters. “

„Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really ...

"Das Hotel war an sich in Ordnung. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm. Klimaanlage gab es nicht und das Fenster hätte man Max 10cm öffnen können, was wir aber wegen den ganzen Insekten davor auch nur kurz gemacht haben. Für die 25£/Nacht bekam der Hund beim Check in ein extra Türschild (Do Not disturb/attention mit einer Pfote) und mehrmals den Hinweis den Hund nie, nie alleine im Zimmer zu lassen. Außerdem gab es auf dem ganzen Gelände und im Hotel keinen Mülleimer außer im Zimmer."

"The location and service are great. We had trouble with the shower turning cold, however when we told the staff they were very friendly and said they’d take care of it. It’s a nice hotel but a lot of the decoration choices are made to look nice rather than be nice so it looks better in pictures than is. "
