Situated on the third floor of an architecturally striking residential building, this 48 sqm apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. It features a spacious bedroom with a king bed and ample wardrobe storage, a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and shower and an open-plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed. A portable air conditioner/heater is also available at the property! There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and for your laundry need a washer/dryer machine to ensure a convenient stay. Large windows, complemented by blackout curtains in the bedroom and cosy soft furnishings, create a bright yet serene atmosphere throughout the space. Perfect for both restful mornings and peaceful evenings.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and 1 parking space in the underground garage. The building is secure and requires entry via the main entrance with a key/fob that can be retrieved from a lockbox located nearby.

Parkside Place is located in a prime central area of Cambridge, near Parker’s Piece and just a short walk to the city centre. You'll find charming local cafés, independent shops, and a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The train station is about 10-15 minutes’ walk away, and the nearest bus stops and taxi stands are just minutes from your door. Supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance, making everyday errands convenient.

SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee.
