You don't need to lift a finger as daily maid service and pool cleaning is included. This is in addition to the regular weekly cleaning and bedding change where due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Additional services such as laundry, ironing, private chef, babysitting and shopping can all be arranged for an additional fee.

SWIMMING POOL breathtaking infinity pool with shallow area (40cm) suitable for children with sunbathing/seating built in and steps leading into the main pool. The pool has a waterfall which cascades musically onto a lawned area joining the main terrace at the front of the house. The pool is heated in the cooler seasons.
POOL PERGOLA take a break from the heat of the sun and enjoy moments of relaxation in the shaded poolside area. In front of the pool waterfall you can sunbathe all day on the fresh green lawn or cool off under the centennial olive tree.
THE DOMAINE hundreds of paths in the enclosed property for walking, jogging and mountain bike riding. Children will love to explore and discover over 100 different trees and the many secrets of nature that are hidden here. As the grounds are completely enclosed, so they can have freedom while you relax. Dozens of enchanting corners provide a magical environment for meditation, yoga and complete relaxation amid the scents and sounds of nature.
INSIDE: LIVING ROOM The heart of the house is a double height galleried sitting room with a huge 14 ft linen sectional sofa; large TV with satellite and Netflix; Bose music player and USB phone/tablet chargers overlooking the pool and also opening onto the outside living area
DINING ROOM Dining room with table for 10-12 people, USB phone/tablet chargers, closet with color printer and cloakroom/WC. The dining room leads to the kitchen and the living room and connects through glass doors to the outside dining area
KITCHEN well equipped with separate pantry and washing up/dishwasher area, small bar and access to the outside BBQ and food preparation area and dining area. Equipment includes :

MASTER BEDROOM with full-length balcony overlooking the valley, large bathroom with wet room shower with full length one-way glass and breathtaking view, twin basins, and extra large bath tub. Super king size bed (180x200 cm./71x79 in); walk-in wardrobe and full HD smart TV with aerial digital channels, satellite channels and Netflix/Amazon.
CASK ROOM 2nd Bedroom with double bed crafted from the old barrels from the winery.
The double bed is (180x200 cm./71x79 in.); this room also has a single/day bed (80x200 cm./31x79 in); ensuite shower room; antique wardrobe and private terrace with table and chairs, ideal for a quiet breakfast or cocktail overlooking the valley. This terrace has a large round table and provides a quite outdoor office as it is located on the other side of the house, away from the pool.
GUEST HOUSE / BEDROOM 3 ,5 and 6 are in a separate annex, architect designed in a contrasting modern style located a short walk from the villa. It is connected by intercom to the main house. Two of the rooms have spectacular views through the large floor to ceiling windows and open onto a large well furnished terrace built around a tree.
BEDROOM 3 has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower
BEDROOM 5 has a King bed with ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and a desk. This room contains a luxurious jacuzzi tub overlooking the grounds and valley and a smart TV
BEDROOM 6 has 2 large single beds that can be linked to make a king size double, a desk area , smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower
SALOTTO DEL VINO / OFFICE/Bedroom 4 was the heart of the old winery and the tanks where the winemakers crushed the grapes with their feet are still visible under the wood and glass floor.
"Salotto del vino" is also the 4th bedroom with: sofa bed (140x200 cm./55x79 in) with additional mattress -so very comfortable; antique desk; terrace; full HD smart TV with aerial digital channels, satellite channels blue-ray player, Apple TV and Netflix/Amazon. There is an ensuite shower room. Guests should note that this room is also the usual entrance to the villaand a media room/den. If using the salotto del vino as a bedroom or office, the kitchen or living room entrances can be used instead to avoid disturbing guests.

All bathrooms contain basin, WC, bidet and have separate showers. The master suite also has a large bathtub and spectacular shower with a full length glass wall overlooking the valley.
