Die Ausstattung der Wohnung geht weit über das in Europa bekannte Mass hinaus zu einem (in der Nebensaison) fairen Preis. Die Anlage bietet verschiedene Schwimmbäder - davon im November eines geheizt. Der Strand und das Meer ist unmittelbar beim Hotel - je nach Zimmer hatr man direkten Meerblick.
