„Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, das Terrassendach würde aber eine Renovierung benötigen, da es an vielen Stellen nicht mehr dicht ist. Es regnet stark auf die Terrasse. Das Haus innen ist an einigen Stellen schon in die Jahre gekommen, ein Refreshing wäre angebracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einzigartig und tröstet über die anderen Sachen hinweg. Der Strand ist auch nicht überfüllt, da sich der hauptsächliche Tourismus etwas weiter im Süden abspielt. Wirklich fantastisch. Clearwater ...
