Hotel OK for the price. Good location, good rooms. We had a corner room which is nice. Unfortunately our cleaner had absolutely no idea how to clean a room.

Hilton ist Hilton - und in Cairns stimmt der Standard, den ein Hilton haben will. Na ja - 2 laute Vorfälle - erste Nacht wurde die verstopfte Rohrleitung bis 22:00 Uhr aufgebohrt - das hallte im gesamten Hotelgebäude wie wenn ein Panzer auf der Straße fährt - unangenehm aber eben Unfall, zweite Nacht waren eine Handvoll lärmende Jugendliche am Kai vor dem Hotel von 1-4:00 - ich empfand es als extreme Störung - die Polizei rufen oder handgreiflich werden habe ich mehr als 2 Stunden in meinem Bett überlegt. Die Barkeeperin war eine Offenbarung - die ist ein Naturtalent - kann wunderbare Drinks/Cocktails mit Gin kreiieren und so gut, dass man keinen Kopf davon hat. Die älteren Herren am Empfang/Luggage sind toll drauf - danke für die Jokes und die Freundlichkeit. Gepäck für eine auswärtige Zwischen-Nacht (Fitzroy Island) problemlos aufbewahrt. Frühstück seeeeehr gut, geschälte Orangen für Saftautomat - sehr große Auswahl gute Qualität - nur nervig wenn chin Reisegruppe(n) vor allen Stationen Staus bilden, weil sie zB Smoothies für den Tag produzieren. Ohne die wärs entspannter gewesen.

フェリーターミナルも徒歩数分、スーパーやナイトマーケットや駅も徒歩圏内で立地は抜群です。 日本人スタッフも親切で、日本語の宿泊案内などもあり、英語に不慣れでも安心して宿泊できます。 強いて言えば、バスルームのシャワーカーテンが無く（バスタブの４分の1くらいの幅のガラスの仕切りのみ）、シャワーの水がバスルームに飛び散らないようにするのがとても大変で苦痛でしたので、改善頂ければ嬉しいです。

The staff was extremely helpful with giving directions and calling the local tourist company when we had questions. The property is a great location to walk along to the Esplanade. We walked to dinner every night. The facility is very clean as well.
