There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom. „Condo is beautiful and clean. Description of location not accurate. 1.2 miles to beach with 200 foot incline (per fitbit). Driving to beach about 2.5 miles. There is a shuttle you can pre-arrange. Right on golf course, but pool is about 200 yds down the road and shared with all condo units. Takes a day to learn your way around the whole Reserva Conchal community. It is a very clean and safe area. Town of Brasalito nearby is great for dinners.“
