Stunning Oceanfront Villa
The pictures are accurate but can't capture how beautiful the location is. We had ages ranging from 71 to 4 years old and had NO desire to be close to the spring break action. The pool and beach/tidal pools are perfect and the scenery is gorgeous. We saw whales every day!

Beautiful home with spectacular view of ocean. Had magnificent views of the sun sets, fireworks in the marina and whale watching. You can see the famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas. We took a relaxing sunset cruise to cap off our memorable trip here in Cabo.

Extraordinarily Wonderful!
My stay was perfect. The home is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is oceanfront with a small beach. The waves hitting the rocks are mesmerizing and you will love the sound in your ears. The interior is just the way a beach home should be. Super tall ceilings in the great room, three giant doors that open to the outside, and an incredibly well-equipped kitchen with every convenience at your fingertips. The bedrooms and showers are really nice. The master bed was super comfortable. The master shower was a perfect temp with good water pressure. Lots of drawers and cabinets for clothes and shoes and a full laundry. A grocery and Costco are a 1/2 mile away. Privacy is definitely yours to enjoy. The house is in a secluded niche at the end of a rocky point. You can barely see neighboring villas through the foliage but not the people in them. I was in the pool every evening to watch the full moon that happened to be rising and the plentiful stars. The infinity pool is amazing. Bigger than it looks the water is clean and clear with very little chlorine residue. Also, there is an outdoor bed to sleep outside under the stars or hang out during the day. Umbrellas and lounge chairs are poolside. The best part is everywhere on the property you have a breathtaking view of the sea. I enjoyed my communication with Tom the owner. Super nice person and very engaging host. The casita keepers were helpful and answered any questions. I look forward to another visit!

Better than expected!
Villa Serena was absolutely beautiful, better than expected! the beach and sand area was more than the pictures shows. Beds were very comfortable. Twice a week house cleaning was quick and efficient. We had groceries picked up and some meals prepared by Sandy. Food was delicious! Massages on the terrace were great too! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our family.

Beautiful Home
Everything was wonderful. We were a group of 7 adults and the home had plenty of space. The pool overlooking the ocean was heated, which was great because a few days were on the colder side. We took advantage of the concierge to have some items stocked and in house chef option for a birthday dinner. This location and all the amenities was pure magic. It definitely impressed and was hard to tear ourselves away from.

One of a kind location

Pictures do not do it justice
I cannot understate the awe that this place imbues. If you are considering this house as one of your options do yourself a favor and just book it. You will not be disappointed. On the third day I found myself in the infinity pool with a cup of coffee, arms draped over the waterfall gazing at the distant port of Cabo San Lucas in the glimmering cool morning sun, watching the behemoth cruise ships coming in to port while little boats buzzed about and para-sails drifted above. Someone asked me what we were doing today and I said "this?" Minor issues with the aging kitchen appliances but it doesn't detract from the level of this house as well as the promptness of the management.

Birthday Week in Cabo
Our group of six had a wonderful week at this Villa. First, this Villa is in an older established neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown Cabo, Walmart, Costco., Fresno (The BEST grocery store), and some of the best fine dining along the coast all within 10-15 minutes. The views are spectacular from this Villa. You can actually watch a sunrise and a sunset from this property. The beautiful infinity pool is huge and we saw several early season whales over multiple days from the pool. The kitchen is THE best stock kitchen of any property we have ever rented. Living room and dining room were huge and comfortable for six people and we retracted the walls every day so we could enjoy the great outdoors inside. Water pressure for sinks and showers was very good. Beds were comfortable. We would certainly rent this Villa again on another trip to Cabo.

Your own private ocean front mini resort!
The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated along the shore. It's as if you're staying at a hotel/resort, botanical garden, zoological park and beach all rolled into one. The constant crashing of waves made for high quality entertainment while we were perched on the edge of the heated infinity pool. We enjoyed the sound app which created a nice, musical mood ambiance. The concierge was always there to kindly assist with anything including an easy check-in process, prestocking of the fridge, etc. We had the most memorable time enjoying the views, the sun and the charming spiny-tailed iguanas!

Amazing Experience!
We stayed for 3 nights and would recommend anyone visiting Cabo to stay here. The house is beautiful and Todd and his team were very communicative throughout the whole process. They pre-stocked the villa with all the food we wanted and was able to arrange a welcome meal, lunches, transportation from the airport and into town. Not to mention, the beautiful pool, amazing views and the tide pools on property. 5 stars all the way.

Paradise Found
To say this villa is incredible would be an understatement. The views are amazing from sunrise to sunset. If you want to wake up or go to sleep to sounds of waves breaking on the shore - this is your place. (Alexa might have recorded the waves sounds here) It is close to everything, and the security is second to none. The private beach and pool are way bigger than the appear in the pictures. We saw many Marlin and stingray jumping while sitting on the porch. Sandra was a great chef that took care of everything when we used her !!! Truly Paradise found!!

A BIG Slice of Paradise
Tom's property is so beautiful it is like a dream to us! Just as pictured and more so!! I loved the hacienda but that just begins it all - the ocean side terrace leading to the pool side reclining area and then the beach and THEN the tide pools which on close consideration show abundance of life! Wonderful house, grounds, beach, pool, ocean, tide pools. We could have stayed forever. And I mean that - we shall return to feel that peace again. If you want action it's not far to town which is fun and don't forget about the fireworks we watched every night while we were there from the terrace - even a heart shaped one Thanks for a taste of Paradise!!

Great Family Vacation
This is a very nice property and a great location for access to beaches, downtown and groceries. House is very open, and the best part is the back porch with the fabulous views to sit and watch the ocean, enjoy meals and cover those getting too much sun. The pool is also awesome but only issue is it is down a flight of stairs and no bathroom on that level. While the property has a nice beach area, there is really not an area to get into the water. You have to travel to have that experience and Cabo has multiple choices. We truly had a great time and the hose was perfect for our family.

Annual trip with my brothers was awesome! We have stayed many times in Villa Serena ( Just minutes from the Marina ) and this house is unbelievable. Best Vrbo in Cabo!
Everything about this Cabo villa is perfect! The hardest part of our daily activities was deciding whether to sit on the patio and watch the whales, swim in the beautiful, heated negative edge pool and watch the boats coming into port or go down to the private beach and snorkel in the tide pools. The manager of this property is always responsive and has the absolute greatest staff. Anything from setting up travel to and from the airport to stocking the fridge with all your favorite food and beverages. Dining is top notch there are several 5-star restaurants within 10 minutes or stay in and have the private chef take care of any or all of your meals. My husband and I are already planning our next stay!!!

Once in a lifetime stay! Gorgeous house, amazing view.
This property exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for a week to celebrate some big birthdays (40th and 80th) and Christmas. This location was idilic. Breathtaking views with whale watching from the comfort of the deck. The tide pools just steps from our own private beach entertained my daughter for hours. The house was larger than we expected and fit our family of 9 so comfortably. Thomas and Todd were so helpful and responsive with any troubles we encountered. They recommended Jobeal catering which was fantastic. Chef Benny planned delicious meals for us highlighting fresh local organic foods for our entire stay and our onsite chef Roger was phenomenal! We ate like royalty. I would highly recommend this property and Jobeal catering. It was a vacation we will never forget, and can't wait to repeat.

Excellent Friends/Family Vacation
We had 5 adults, 2 children and an infant. House was just the right size. There isn't too much indoor space, but plenty of patio, poolside and beach space. You're on vacation in Mexico, you won't be inside much. House is clean, nice and everything worked well during our stay. Light on cooking supplies. We hired Benny the Chef and his team with Jobeal Catering, they handled breakfast most days and some dinners, highly recommend. Also had Adelita, recommended by Todd Massey for massages and mani/pedis one day, definitely would hire her team to come by. Pool is perfrect for hanging out, you can't tell you have neighbors and the private beach is great. Not much swimming to be done oceanside, especially for kids, but nice listening to the waves and seeing whales every day. We'll be back. Great stay.

What a Setting, What a View
This place is Spectacular!!! What an incredible view from the terrace to watch the whales migrate in the deep waters, just off the coastline - no binoculars required. The ocean crashing on the rocks below. Want a closer look? Then walk down the stairs, pass the pool down to your private beach. Sweet! View The Arch from your lounge chair across the infinity edge pool. Stroll through the gardens that have native plants. I love this place. Multiple view points as their is a sweeping view as opposed to straight out. Colors in the sky at both Sunrise and Sunset, just Beautiful! The pictures do not do The Villa justice. This a must see! But, of course, it starts with the owners and The Team they have assembled to make your stay "top drawer" Tom has it figured out: a shout out to Todd and Dylan for making our stay Phenomenal. A piece of paradise
I have stayed in various homes over the last ten years of coming with my family to Cabo. I wish I had know about this beautiful home all along. The home is positioned perfectly on a point where the view includes whale watching to the infamous Arch of Cabo. Its the perfect spot on the corridor with the gormet market Santa Maria aross the hwy and a fantastic yoga studio just behind it. I will definately stay there again.

We reunited as a family here at this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful time playing in the infinity edge pool. We were disappointed that even though there was a "private" beach with the ocean right there at your toe tips, it was too dangerous to swim or snorkel. The surf was very strong and there were jagged rocks everywhere. You MUST rent a car or get taxis which are $15 a head each way into cabo, or you will be completely stranded. A few things need fixing in the villa but all in all a comfortable and luxurious experience. Worth the money.

Great view from giant back porch with confee chairs. Master bedroom was 5 stars. Had trouble getting hot water to other bedrooms . Our friends used our master shower the last 2 days. Kitchen was very nice with gas range, big frig, etc. Had trouble with ants a couple of times. Both water and ant problems I'm sure will be fixed as the owner was very kine on getting things right. Yes, we would go back to this great home. Liked the out door bedroom by the pool.

Hello Allen! Glad to hear you guys had fun! Sorry about the secondary water heater not working right. The only problem with having a house directly on the beach is that the salt air causes the pilot lights to go out! Splendid place for a week of vacation!
This home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a week of vacation. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The views were spectacular...you do not see sunrises and sunsets like that just anywhere! We had an abundance of sunshine and warm temps and we could not have asked for better weather. The pool, with its infinity edge gave the illusion that you were part of the ocean. Our family spent a lot of time by the pool. Since we had a toddler with us, we preferred that to going to a beach. But we still felt as though we did not give that up as the house had its own private beach. The proximity to a health club and stores as well as the city of Cabo San Lucas was perfect. It allowed us to take advantage of other activities with ease. Our enthusiastic athletes tackled the hills in the neighborhood for exercise. And it felt safe, too, as there was a guard gate at the entrance of the neighborhood. Whale-watching from the balcony of the house was a daily activity and it did not disappoint! We almost felt like we were spying on other people's vacations as we watched cruise ships come and go, watched jet skis zip along, marveled at the beauty of para-sailing, and heard the party boats go by. You can definitely tell that you were someplace special. A big thank you to the family that allowed their home to be used for our pleasure. We highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of rest and relaxation!

Why go whale watching from boats when you can watch the whales all day long from the balcony! Villa Punta Serena has one of the very best views in Cabo and is perfectly located to provide serenity and close access to excellent restaurants and supermarkets/shops. Lounging in the pool watching for whales and looking at Cabo is a great way to start or finish a day. We loved our stay!

We spent 5 days in Cabo at Villa Serena with a group of 8 (4 couples) age 28-34. We arrived 2/25 and left 2/29. Prior to our arrival Todd and LaDonna were extremely helpful and very responsive. They helped me coordinate in-house massages, where they basically turned the back deck into a private spa. We had rental cars delivered to the villa, transport organized from the airport, a private sunset cruise, in-house chef, and more. The house itself is unlike any place I've ever been. The minute you walk in the front door you heard the waves crashing on the rocks outside and felt the breeze off the ocean with the full length sliding doors opening up to the back deck. The view of the ocean, the arc, and downtown is incredible. Pictures do not do it justice. The infinity pool is the real deal, as is the private beach and cove where you can snorkel. The garden is well maintained and just beautiful. We spent most of our time lounging around the pool. We had breakfast outside every morning and watched the whales go by daily, just off the beach. Closer than I've ever been even on a whale watch. The house is about a 10 minute car ride to downtown. 5 minutes to Costco where we stocked up on food the first day of the trip. LaDonna will do your shopping for you if you'd like for a small fee. Like I mentioned before she and Todd are very accommodating and are professionals, plain and simple. We had one hiccup at the end of our trip when our scheduled transport to the airport did not show up. I had the rental cars delivered to the villa and they were to be picked up at the villa as well with our group being brought to the airport by a transport service. Convenience is big for me when vacationing and I tried to make it as easy as possible on myself (having organized everything) and the group. After 15-20 minutes of no transport I called Todd. At that point he had not heard from the company about any issues, but given that we were now behind schedule he told us to drive our rental cars to the airport. He and LaDonna met us outside the terminal. We just had to drive up, hop out and head into the airport; they handled the rest. A little extra stress, but not the end of the world. We found out later that because we were leaving on 2/29, leap year, the company screwed up the schedule thinking we were leaving 3/1. Things happen, and Todd and LaDonna did their best to make it right. Overall, 10/10. Minus the transport issue at the end, 11/10. We will be back.

Beautiful property. Location could not be any better. Large private sand beach, beautiful tide pools. We sat for hours and watched the tide roll in over the large rocks that sit in front of the home. Home is beautiful. Clean, spacious. Better in person than in pictures. Entire front of home facing ocean can be opened to the breeze. Owners/concierge very accommodating. What a spectacular property this is! Better than the pictures. Beautiful gardens by pool and even a private beach that the owner lovingly created.
