Perched within the exclusive gates of Pedregal, Casa de Karma commands one of Cabo’s most coveted hillside settings, where dramatic Pacific Ocean and Land’s End views meet generous scale, refined design, and a fully serviced stay experience. Spanning four contiguous lots and approximately 11,000 square feet, this eight-bedroom villa is designed for guests who value privacy, comfort, and full-service luxury at a high level.

Throughout the home, every major space is oriented toward the view. Fifteen-foot beamed ceilings, retractable glass walls, natural stone finishes, and an earthy Mediterranean palette create a setting that feels both polished and inviting. Casa de Karma accommodates up to 16 guests across eight spacious bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the terraces. The primary suite opens directly onto the terrace and includes a rain shower, outdoor shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet.

The outdoor living is equally expansive. An Olympic-size infinity pool with a sunbathing island and swim-up bar anchors the terrace, alongside a hot tub, three fire pits, a bocce court, multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a 12-person dining table, and a fully equipped gym. The layout works especially well for extended families, luxury group getaways, and celebration-style stays.

Casa de Karma also distinguishes itself through its service. A dedicated in-house chef curates meals throughout the day, while daily housekeeping and turndown service help keep the stay seamless. Additional arrangements such as grocery stocking, luxury airport transportation, fishing charters, yacht rentals, golf reservations, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting, and curated excursions across Los Cabos can also be coordinated.
