The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with ocean views, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private full bathroom. An additional half bath provides extra convenience.

Every window is fitted with premium privacy and UV heat-rejection film, keeping the home cool, comfortable, and private while letting you enjoy Cabo's incredible scenery day and night.

As our guest, you have full private access to our penthouse, including your own rooftop terrace and private plunge pool. The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in Cabo Costa in the Casa Mexicana area of Cabo San Lucas, a peaceful residential neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, dining, and activities in Los Cabos. Nearby highlights include Santa Maria Beach, Medano Beach, world-class golf courses, and the Cabo marina, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and water excursions. The location offers the perfect balance of quiet residential living and convenient access to everything Cabo has to offer.



Getting Around:

To fully experience Baja and its surrounding beaches, we highly recommend renting a car. For local outings around Cabo, Uber and taxis are available and an easy way to get around.

- Prime location: 7-min drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, marina, Medano Beach; 9-min to our favorite beaches (Santa Maria & Chileno); 3-7 min to shopping (Costco, Walmart).

- Hiking: unlimited trails up and around Cerro de Las Antenas trail starts at main gate (~2 miles to top).

- A 5 minute walk to a public pickleball court

Other Things to Note:

While this building is complete. This development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8 AM to 6 PM days of week and from 8 AM to 1 PM Saturday.



-Pool service typically occurs on Tuesdays. The pool service company has authorization to enter the patio area if you are not home. Please reach out for rescheduling if you think the service will interfere with your stay.

-Pool Heating - it take a couple of hours for the pool to heat up. In the upstairs patio pool room there is a Tholz pool timer. Press the Heat and Filter function to turn them ON. They both need to be on in order for the pool to heat up.



Instructions to operate the safe:

1) Open Door

2) Slide open battery compartment, push button towards the back, wait for the sound of 2 beeps

3) Put in any 4-6 digits, then hit #, that will lock and unlock the safe.
