Al llegar nos dieron una habitación sucia por accidente, acto seguido se llenaron en atenciones y hacernos sentir muy bien atendidos. El lugar es muy bonito, grandes espacios muy buenas albercas con gran temperatura. Los restaurantes excesivamente caros y comida regular, solo ahí mal servicio. Limpieza de 10, comodidad excelencia, atención perfecta y la ubicación es privilegiada.

Out of the bigger resorts this has been my most preferred. It is a little out of the way from the main tourist area's. We never left the resort on our short 4 day/3 night trip. The food was excellent, the staff was awesome, and plenty of things to do on the premises. The VIP package was very nice with some delicious chocolate covered strawberries.

Its a beautiful hotel, but the staff with the exception of our bellboy Manny, were horrible, they lie to you and are the rude at the restaurants. Never get Alfredo at the Arnica, he had an attitude and charged us for items that were included in our meal plans.

Very inexperienced staff at restaurant and pool bar. Service was painfully slow most times and didn't get drinks or water until 20 minutes after we finished dinner at restaurant. Quality of food was ok but service was lacking terribly.

They offered two free 80 min massages for us to do the time share sales pitch what was suppose to be 1.5 hours but ended up being 2hrs. Then the massages they booked were only for 50 min. Really over all a sub par experience. There is definitely better options in Cabo.

Property was beautiful. Great family orientated environment with an excellent childrens and toddlers area. Service was poor when it came to the room. Furniture needs to be cleaned to live up to 5 star standards. I still recommend as the place is a dream for relaxation and of course the Golf course. This place could easily have a perfect score if they had optimal staff on hand. Overall I would book again honestly just not impressed with the service.

The rooms are excellent, modern and spacious. However, the resort is very far from town. The service was very slow. The food was hit or miss, 1 in 3 meals were prepared well. Drinks are very over priced. I would not recommend my friends or family stay at this resort.

The attentive staff really make this beautiful resort a 10/10. Hostess Diana, servers Angel, Nelson, Josemara, Juan and Jose, and poolside servers Ricardo and Baltazar are all stars. Everything was always clean, food options were amazing and the drinks were fantastic. Can’t beat the views of the ocean. Lots of seating at every pool and even a special childrens play area. I would stay here again any time!

Amazing and so peaceful and tranquil! Beach front!
The resort was truly amazing and in a secluded location away from the marina/downtown area. It was truly a blessing to have a shuttle that ran every hour from the hotel to their sister hotel Grand Solmar Land’s end- free of charge! That saved us a lot of money but gave us access to the local restaurants. Service is impeccable at every CABO restaurant I went to- at the resort and in the city! The resort is located by the water but the distance from the resort to the beach (you can’t swim at the beach bc the tides are rough) is vast and so there are miles and miles of untouched sand that stretches across the ocean far from civilization! It was so tranquil and peaceful to have that much sand between the resort and the ocean to where you can walk along the beach in private. The resort is new so it wasn’t crowded at all! If you’re looking to get away and relax this is the resort for you! There’s only one good retauarant there- ANICA. It was amazing! They are expanding so perhaps they’ll add more restaurants bc there’s only 2 restaurants there right now. Currently there are 130 rooms but they plan to expand it to 600 rooms. I’m not a fan of the lagoon saltwater pool and that was the pool that was the largest. I mostly hung at the the regular pool. It also has a huge water slide for kids there. This place is gorgeous and the desert terrain sidled next to the ocean was so picturesque! I’d definitely come back again after they build a lazy River (coming soon)!!

Let me start off with the good - the property itself is very clean and the pool was great, except it was too warm and it being hot you really couldn’t cool off in the pool. We had a master suite and asked for a comforter for the Murphy bed, we had to ask 3x on 3 separate occasions. Then we tried to make reservations through concierge and both times they couldn’t find it after we received confirmation. Then we got no free continental breakfast or free bottle of wine. The mgr did reach out but never made it right. Just told us he would get back to us but never did. The cabana waiter was not friendly and seemed like he hated his job. The guys at valet were amazing and attentive so we’re the guys driving the golf carts on the property. Honestly this place is good if you do all inclusive and you never leave the resort of need additional blankets or get a cabana.
