Huge end-unit patio, huge rooftop patio, larger living spaces, etc all consistent with the 3 bedroom layout, but 1 bedroom locked off.

The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique outdoor environment offers a large swimming pool, a terrace on the edge of the beach, bathrooms with showers and dressing rooms, a fully equipped gym, green areas for special events, and a one-of-a-kind sailboat-shaped cinema where movies are projected on an awning on one of its sails.
