The Space:
Enjoy a comfortable stay in this bright fourth-floor beachfront apartment overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, while the private balcony off the living room offers outdoor seating and a direct view of Cabo’s iconic Arch. With relatively few properties in Cabo offering such a clear Arch view, the balcony provides a memorable setting for enjoying the scenery and colorful sunsets. Elevator access makes reaching the apartment easy.

The open living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, a dining island, and a dining table. Coffee, filters, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and wine glasses are also provided to help you settle in with ease. Reliable WiFi and an Ethernet connection make the apartment suitable for remote work, while air conditioning keeps the space comfortable.

The bedroom includes a king bed with clothing storage, and the spacious bathroom features a large vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the apartment.

Guests have access to two shared pools, a separate children’s pool, landscaped outdoor spaces, beach chairs, beach and pool towels, beach essentials, and a gas BBQ. The beachfront resort also offers excellent views of the Arch from the pool area, especially at sunset.

A beach is located directly in front of the property, while another nearby beach offers calmer, more swimmable conditions that are well suited for snorkeling. Guests can also visit the Apple Bar for poolside drinks and casual food, open daily from noon to 8:00 p.m.

The apartment accommodates up to three guests, is wheelchair accessible, and is well suited for both short visits and longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
Situated along the Tourist Corridor, the apartment places you close to sandy beaches, golf courses, marinas and waterfront restaurants. Explore nearby shops, scenic viewpoints and water activities while enjoying easy access to the coastline and views across the Sea of Cortez.

Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport, SJD, is approximately 18 miles away. The drive generally takes 25 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day. One parking space is available for a fee, and taxis, rideshare services and local buses are easily reached from the main road nearby.

Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
