· Kitchen: fully equipped, with a breakfast bar with stools, side-by-side refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor and capsule coffee maker, plus cookware and dishes.

· Main bedroom: king bed and smart TV.

· Second bedroom: two single beds and smart TV.

· Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with glass showers, plus a half bath for visitors.

· Also: air conditioning, private laundry room with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a few board games.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours during your stay. You'll also have access to the building's shared amenities, including a rooftop with pool and sun deck, outdoor lounge areas, a fitness center and shared lounges.

Ameth is located in Downtown Cabo San Lucas (Ildefonso Green), a walkable area full of local restaurants, cafés, shops and services, just a few blocks from the Marina. Nearby (approximate walking times):

Getting Around:

You don't need a car to enjoy the area: restaurants, shops, the Marina and Médano Beach are all within walking distance, and rideshare apps and taxis are easy to find. If you arrive by car, the apartment includes one parking space in the building's covered parking. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about 45 minutes away by car.

All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No music, speakers or gatherings in common areas after 10:00 p.m.

• No parties or events.

• No smoking or vaping in the apartment or the building.

• No pets.

• Visitors: maximum 2 per apartment; they must register on arrival and leave by 10:00 p.m. Overnight stays by people not on the reservation are not allowed.

• Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

• Please respect check-in (3:00 p.m.) and check-out (11:00 a.m.) times.

• Do not share your access code with unauthorized people.

• Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies or windows; please don't stand on the sofas with shoes on.

• Turn off lights and A/C when you leave and report any damage right away.

• Please treat building staff with respect.

Fees for violations: smoking indoors MXN 4,000 · unauthorized pet MXN 2,500 plus cleaning · unregistered visitor MXN 1,000 per person · unauthorized use of amenities MXN 1,500 · unauthorized late check-out: 1 night · party: stay terminated without refund plus 2 nights and cleaning · damage: repair cost plus 15%.
