During the first week, I was unable to enter the parking lot due to eight police cars blocking everything because they were looking for someone. „Property was beautiful. Housekeeping did not do as we asked. They took away a towel and never replaced it. When I asked they took all the towels away . I had to call to get them all replaced !! I also asked the service to vacuum the room and they never did. The rug by the bed was gross “
