Dear John,Thank you for taking your time to leave your feedback following a recent stay with us. The scooters you speak of are part of an initiative set out by the City of Busselton. The scooters are run off a GPS monitoring system which automatically disable the scooters at a certain perimeter. Although we permit safe riding of electric scooters in our Park, these scooters will not operate within our park due to the boundary set by the City of Busselton. Good Morning Brian, It's disappointing to hear that your expectations were not met during your recent stay with us. As per my discussion with yourself, you shall be receiving a refund for your second nights stay shortly. It disappoints me to hear that our staff may not have informed you on the location of the pristine waters of Geographe Bay which is 300 metres from our Reception. Though some guests love being slightly away from town, we understand that this seclusion may not be for everyone.
