The food was phenomenal, and the room was gorgeous, spotless, and very comfortable. Room service was fast and efficient, which made our stay even better. However, our experience at the pool area by the kids’ pool was a bit disappointing, as the staff there did not feel very welcoming or friendly. At times, it felt like we were bothering them. On the other hand, when we visited the pool by the main entrance, the staff there completely changed our experience — they were friendly, kind, welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel valued. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. The property itself is beautiful, but some staff could benefit from additional training in etiquette and hospitality.
