Guest access
You will have access to the entire home as well as the beautiful yard along with 3 decks and multiple seating areas.
Other things to note
Our home was built in 1987. It has had all new flooring installed, brand new bathrooms, and the whole house has been freshly painted. Being that the home is 35 years old, there are some imperfections, like a few windows are a little difficult to open. The kitchen counter top is the original counter top. It is in good shape, so we opted not to replace it just yet.

Please note that we do charge extra for more than 6 guests. We do this so that we can have a lower rate for less guests. It is $30 per person over 6 guests. The house sleeps up to 9 guests.

The home is located in a gated community that does require that we register all incoming visitors within 48 hours of thier arrival. We also need to know who any drivers would be so that they can be registered with the gate. Late registrations are accepted but at an additional $25 cost.
