Leider lässt der Service stark zu wünschen übrig: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt, die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte oft erst am späten Nachmittag. „The staff was fantastic, the rooms were nice, and their food was delicious. I know not many people use fitness centers at hotels, but this one was lacking. The equipment was dated and barely functional. I try to remain somewhat active during vacation and I know hotel fitness centers are afterthoughts, but a new treadmill and dumbbells maybe 5-50lbs (or variations in kg) would go a long way. That was my only gripe in an otherwise great experience at this hotel “

„Thanks Savoy! We had a wonderful stay at your resort. The room was clean and spacious. Everybody in the hotel have been very nice to us, especially Jonny and Roa. We had dinner on the sunbeds a few times, and that's the best - everyone is very relaxed and it is all about guests comfort and safety. The breakfast could be better for European standards, since the food was mostly Asian bfast kind, but to be fair we were among rare European guests. Also, it is safe, although there are a lot of sellers passing by and lodging next to the sunbeds - maybe another security guard could be placed to overlook the sunbeds directly. The airport transfers worked like a charm, it is not worth organising it by yourself. Overall really great."

The breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations. However, there is one major downside – the beach directly in front of the hotel. It was dirty and far from inviting, which we didn’t know beforehand. This is a stark contrast to the White Beach on the opposite side, which is absolutely beautiful. But it means you have to walk about 15 minutes each time to enjoy the nicer beach. While this was manageable for us, it would be great if the hotel could work on improving and maintaining the beachfront in the future. Another point we noticed: While the rooms were fantastic, the rest of the hotel felt somewhat uninspired in terms of design. The decor was entirely white, which is modern but felt sterile and lacked any warmth or personality. It gave us the impression that the hotel was just “placed there,” as others have commented – an Ibiza-style aesthetic, but without charm. Other hotels often manage to create more atmosphere and attention to detail. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel and don’t mind walking a bit for a better beach, this is still a good choice."

"As we arrived we got a „free“ upgrade to a room with veranda, which was nice, however it seemed that all the rooms have a veranda anyways so we were a bit confused. When we wanted to use the bathroom there was urine all over the toilet seat, and not little. That was gross enough, so we told reception to kindly get someone to clean it while we would go to dinner. As we came back it still wasn‘t done so we had to do it ourselves as we came back late!!!!! Furthermore we had no warm water for one night, one shower head was broken the other one we also had to clean as it was so full of scale that the water was only coming out in drops! We had to keep asking for more toiletpaper as they refused to give out more than one piece at the time, which was annoying as well. The phone was also broken and so were the power sockets. The only nice thing was that it was quiet and that it was only 5 min from the beach. "
