Come and stay at Eagles Rest Lake LBJ on the upper Colorado. Enjoy the beauty the lake has to offer with the large picture windows. Have fun in the water or by the pool. Hang outside on the patio or under the lakeside pavilion and firepit. The sunsets are unforgettable! This is an amazing 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home with additional sleeping for 4 in the built-in bunk beds. The open concept floor plan assures a great view of the lake from inside of the house. Home is furnished with comfort in mind, so you can unwind and leave your cares behind. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. You can fish from the dock, jet ski, go boating and much more! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Amenities also include a washer and dryer in the home. There is a dining area with a table with seating for 8 and 3 bar stools at the island, 2 living area, heated and cooled garage, outside patio, lakeside pavilion and grill. Overall it was a wonderful experience.Only a few disappointments,the water pressure was extremely low, to the point two showers were being used a once and the shower in the tub would not operate. the icemaker has a hole in the bottom of it so it just dump ice out of the bottom.lastly, the online pictures show a lake trampoline, but is was almost completely deflated and unusableAgain, overall it was wonderful and the host was very friendly

2025 Family Vacation

We had an enjoyable family vacation staying here ! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool, playing ping pong in air conditioning, relaxing snd lots of fishing ! We will be back !

Wonderful and all the necessities!

This home has it all! The location is ideal for water sports and the dock was amazing to store our boat and fish off of! The owner and manager were super responsive with a few issues and had them taken care of in no time! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Stay

Had room for 12, pool was great, lots of shade, river/lake was busy with boats but it was Memorial Day weekend. Kids caught a lot of fish at the water. Overall great place.

Excellent House and Location!

House was perfect for our needs. Beds were excellent, with the bunk beds having outlets for charging your phone overnight. Our POC was readily available for any questions, and made sure our stay was excellent. While unavoidable due to the trees, the pool was heavy with leaves. It was cleaned our final day, but we did not use it. All in all, was an excellent stay that the whole group enjoyed. Will definitely be looking again in the future to bring the family for a weekend lake trip!

Great family vacation!

This house is the perfect family vacation. We have a large family and it never felt congested. The best part was that it is very baby friendly. The back porch had a gate to keep the babies from wandering to the pool and they also had a gate going down to the dock. The house was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the trees above the pool. They should be trimmed back so more sun could shine on the pool. We all had a great time!

We had a great time. The beds, bathrooms, family area were good. Our grandkids loved the Lilly pad and giant tube. Loved being on a pencil of the lake. It was more quaint. The pool was awesome.

PEACEFUL BEAUTY

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures. The pool is perfect with the giant shade tree...pool is on the west side so the tree is a lifesaver from the Texas summer sun. The garage is really fun with the ping-pong table and arcade games... and the garage has air-conditioning! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Place For a Family &Friends

A great time had by all. The house was perfect size for our group. The dock and pavilion area was a hit, with a lot of the time spent fishing, playing, and relaxing in the lake. The pool had nice balance of shade too. Communication and check in was seamless. Directions and info on everything regarding the house was written in detail. Awesome lakeside retreat

We had a marvelous time at Mike’s place. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the living room a wonderful place to gather. Our family loved playing ping pong, the pool and the paddle boards. There were 14 of us for the eclipse and everyone was comfortable.

Family Weekend
