This is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom 2 bath home, perfect for your needs! WiFi, 70" SmartTV, queen-sized memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, dual-sided wood burning fireplace, convertible pool and pingpong table, life-size chess board, stocked coffee bar, and gas BBQ grill!

The master bedroom and game room each have daybeds that convert into king size beds for additional sleeping, you simply pull out the trundle and unstack the mattresses, and ta-da, you have a king bed!

Two full-sized bathrooms, one with a shower stall and one with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have dual shower heads, one which is stationary and the other is hand-held for the perfect shower experience! We also have necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, as well as a blow dryer. Please note, we are a family-friendly home, and therefore, the bedroom and bathroom doors DO NOT have locks on them (We don't want any kiddos accidentally locking themselves in).

We do also have a large, fenced-in, gravel backyard perfect for your pets. Please note that there is a step down from the house to the backyard, as well as the patio is not perfectly level, so watch your step. Our yard is primarily pavers and gravel; this is also the desert and we have critters, therefore we do recommend wearing shoes outside.

Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home. The home is tile throughout, and single level with the exception of one step down into the game room. This step down is located to your immediate left when you enter the front door of the home, so please be mindful when you enter.
We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.
Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt to the right of the driveway. Trailer, RV, Boat parking is acceptable in these areas as well. Please do not park on the gravel to the left of the driveway.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
