This perfectly located 2 bedroom apartment is a first floor unit in the rear of an old Bidwell Parkway grand home. The apartment features a living area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a new bathroom and a small fully applicant kitchen. It is located in the heart of Buffalo's Elmwood Village ranked as one of America's most walkable neighborhoods. A short walk to coffee, shopping, restaurants and the Lexington Coop, as well as the Albright-Knox and Delaware Park.
The space
The apartment is a first floor apartment in the back of the house. There is an open living room with dining table, and two separate bedrooms with queen size Nectar beds. The bathroom has been renovated. The kitchen is small but functional and has a stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. There is coin operated laundry in the basement.

The space is fully contained and is suitable for kids. We have a pack and play if needed.

This is an apartment that has no common space except the hallway entrance and laundry.
Other things to note
PLEASE GET THE TRAVEL INSURANCE ON CHECKOUT. We are a small business and we rely on our in come from the rental units. We have selected a cancellation policy that allows us to hopefully rebook after a cancellation, but if you cancel within the window for no refunds, please do not expect one. Travel insurance will cover you for getting a refund.

Also, do remember this is a home - this is not a hotel. We are here to help, but not wait on you, and if you are looking for a hotel, please book a hotel. Don't stay in an Airbnb just because it is cheaper.
