During check in, I was originally given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I walked in and the bed was unmade, garbage everywhere. My new room was “cleaned” but it was still dirty. There were loose, black hairs all over the bathroom.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very nice, clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The only complaints I have are that the air conditioner in the room was insanely loud and there is very low water pressure in the shower.

Had a great stay. Hotel staff was amazing. Used the laundry facilities and breakfast in the morning. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Happy with our stay, would stay again.

This hotel was nice, room was clean. View on 2nd floor was obstructed by building exterior so basically no view. Pool and hot tub were nice but busy.

I didn’t get a minute of sleep due to kids running and screaming through the halls all night long. Someone had a birthday party so the pool and hot tub were unavailable to use. These were the kids running through the halls. The place was clean enough and the staff was friendly but the fact that this was allowed to happen all night was unacceptable.
