First of all I want to emphasize that we are more than grateful that you have selected us among so many options when choosing accommodation.We will review the check-in time listed on Expedia and will proceed to correct the error as soon as possible. Thank you very much for noticing and reporting it.As for the sign outside, it happens that we only operate on the first two floors of the building, the remaining 13 floors have other owners. We do have Housekeeping staff available, but the service is on request, as it's stated when checking in and it's also written in the signs on each room. Therefore if we're not notified that you need the service we cannot provide it.Staff will not enter a room without previous consent from the guests.
