„Frisch renovierte, luxoriöse Familienzimmer mit Tee, Wasser, Kekse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Restaurantempfehlung (King's Head), schöner Park, fantastisches Frühstück, obwohl gerade die Küche (schick) renoviert wird. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Only spent 2 and a half hours there but would have liked to stay a bit longer.“

„The hotel is in excellent condition and exudes a great flair. But unfortunately two negative points 1. It is on a busy road and therefore it is inevitably noisy. 2. The breakfast is mini and everything else costs extra. Unacceptable for the price.“

„Alles super!

„Can't say too much, as it appeared to be in the middle of renovations, so might be/look different very soon“

„Worst hotel experience. I honestly did not expect this from Novotel. I asked for a de“

„No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay.

„This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again“
