Casa del Viento is a traditional Mexican-style home designed for large groups seeking space, privacy, and a taste of local charm. With 3 floors, each featuring its own living area, kitchen, and bedrooms, you’ll have plenty of room to gather or enjoy quiet moments. Each floor has 1 king bed and 2 full-size beds—totaling 3 king and 6 full-size beds across the property.

The highlight is the outdoor area: a large private pool surrounded by tropical plants and palms, perfect for afternoon swims and evening barbecues. The lush garden creates a peaceful backdrop for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring town.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including all 3 floors, the pool, tropical garden, and secure parking for multiple vehicles. No areas are shared.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Bucerías’ sought-after Golden Zone, you’ll be just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and local markets. The area is quiet and family-friendly while still close to vibrant nightlife and artisan shops. From here, you can easily explore Sayulita, Punta Mita, and Puerto Vallarta.



Getting Around:

Bucerías is walkable, but having a car makes it easier to explore beyond town. Multiple private parking spots are included. Taxis and rideshare services are also available.
