The views from the house were absolutely immaculate!! 1000/10 for views!This property is gated and we were not given the gate code ahead of time and there was virtually no service at the gate to reach out to get the access code. We were stranded for several minutes trying to get a signal so we could reach out to get the code.The road passed the gate is VERY steep. It is all paved, but it's very stressful to drive up and down. During our first shower in the master bathroom we found out there was no conditioner or body wash in the bottles, luckily we had brought some and used a towel to scurry across the marble floor to get our own. The towel was absolutely filthy, the floors at this place clearly have NOT been mopped. We noticed the same think in the kitchen cleaning up some spilled water, the kitchen wasn't mopped either. The deck, although beautiful had several soft boards and a lot of the boards appeared to be covered in black mold. All of the outdoor furniture was ripped, tattered, & filthy making them completely unusable. Several of the sliding glass doors didn't lock. The dryer makes a horrible sound when running and one of the bedrooms downstairs had black mold on the ceiling. The stairs to get downstairs are VERY steep. I would not recommend this house to families with kids under 4, unless it's a baby that's not mobile. The TV remote for the main living room wouldn't work, not sure if there's supposed to be a different one.
