The Expo House is a brand new 4 bedroom/2 bath home that sleeps 8. Just 1/2 a mile from the Brazos County Expo Center and 6 miles from Texas A&M University, it is perfectly located in Bryan/College Station. Traffic is minimal in this area making all your destinations just a short drive! Perfect for families, Aggie events, weekend getaways, and gatherings!

Such a great house!

Seriously, wow! M’Lynn has thought of every detail to make a home away from home. The cleanliness, new and plentiful linens, spices, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and of course, the tea/coffee bar - it was over the top! The perfect home
M’Lynn has added details to this vrbo that exceeded every previous stay. There are individually wrapped toothbrushes in case your forgot yours. To go coffee cups and a fully stocked coffee bar! It was too good to describe. Every detail was carefully thought out and fit her aesthetic beautifully. The location was perfect for our visit to Texas A&M! The home was beautiful, decor fit the area, and it was clean clean clean!! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Fabulous home!
We came to town for my son’s ring dunk! Gig ‘em!! We had several family members and friends come over, he dunked his ring and we had a little party for him. It was ABSOLUTELY perfect! This house is fabulous! Even better than in the photos and very nicely equipped. We especially loved the fact that it was west of A&M, which made for a super easy commute to Kyle Field. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again!

Expo House is Your Home Away from Home
The Expo House offers comfort and convenience all the way around. It is nestled in a quite new neighborhood conveniently located down the road from the Brazos Expo Center and quick drive to all of the attractions of Bryan and College Station. The host provides five star hotel amenities with all of the style and creature comforts of your own home. A perfect BCS stay!

Host was accessible & highly responsive. House was clean, bright & just right. Had a wedding in Caldwell, so being on the west side of Bryan made it very easy to get back and forth. 7 of us stayed there & we had plenty of space. Not too far from stores to pick up “provisions”. Would stay here again, if the need arises.

Absolutely perfect!!
Incredible house! BEAUTIFULLY decorated! They really thought of everything. The coffee bar was incredible, mini creamers and even to-go cups. Wine glasses, dish soap. All the little things you forget you need when you’re in another house - absolutely perfect. My only hesitation in posting this review is that I want to keep this little secret house to myself!! Will absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Place!
This property was perfect in all ways. It was super clean and seems brand new! The host was so accommodating with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. All of my family members commented on how comfy the mattresses were. We also enjoyed the back porch with great seating. 2 car garage is a nice plus as well. The location was so convenient to the expo and easy access to campus, restaurants, and shopping. Will stay here again for sure!

Great place!
This home is perfectly located for anyone using the Expo. We stayed here 5 days and we were so very pleased! The beds are very comfortable, everything was so clean. We made all of our meals in the kitchen that had all we needed! There was even a nice coffee bar the host had set up for guests. My family of 5 was very comfortable here and we will definetly stay again!!
