„Absolutely loved this place! The Sea Pearl left a cute welcome set up for the entire family to enjoy. Despite the weather not being the best, the house was perfect, everything we needed and more. The view and the walk to the ocean was even more of a plus. We were unsure of where to eat when we arrived, but thankfully there was a “welcome guest book” with favorite places to eat, do and etc. I recommend staying with Sea Pearl 12/10. Plus everything was remotely close!!“

„Loved our stay at this oceanfront condo! The view and sound of the waves from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was well equipped, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The floors could use a good cleaning but overall the place was clean. Beds were comfortable, nice towels, lots of kitchen equipment including plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. Parking was easy as was beach access. This was worth the three sets of stairs! We would stay here again!“

„Probably the cleanest vacation rental we’ve stayed in. My only suggestion might be to get a bigger water heater. We take really quick showers and always ran out of hot water. Small issue with thermostat being locked but owner responded quickly with a fix.“

„Roaches in building, fighting them everyday. TV was not connected and spent time trying to meet repair man. Mold on shower curtain and faulty light fixture. All was addressed and compensation was made. The area is nice but to rent more attention should be taken into property. Owner was very attentive and willing to help“

„We love this condo complex at Caswell Beach. It is a very quiet stretch of sand and has easy, handicap accessible accesses which are great for mobility challenges, wagons, strollers. Super short walk to beach from this unit- closer to beach than some units in neighborhood. There is not a view of golf course even though you are right on it because of trees right off the deck. Unit is updated and fresh and was very clean. Definitely appreciate linens, bikes, beach items and starter items like dish ...

April is perfect time to visit as weather was perfect. Plenty of towels, Kurig was a sweet surprise, and all the necessity appliances worked!“
