„The location, house, and amenities were perfect for a getaway with my wife and dog. The beach is visible from nearly every room and was easily accessible. We especially enjoyed the spa and the enclosed back patio, which allowed our dog to safely enjoy the views with us. Being on the quiet end of the island was relaxing, and we loved being within walking distance of Lonerider Brewery and the point. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.“

The only negative (out of the owner's control) is that a neighbor diagonally from the back of the property hosted a loud party one night, which has not been an issue in past years at this location, but could be drowned out by the tv. “

„October 2025…Just as beautiful in the fall. The weather was perfect ranging from 75 to 70. It was my mom‘s 81st birthday. This was the first time we all vacation together. The host responded timely to our questions. The beachfront house was lovely inside and out. The beach views were beyond our expectation. The beds were very comfortable. It was sad to say goodbye. „Kitchen was good. Only thing was there wasn't a dish rag to wipe off counter and island. There was also no hand towels for the bathroom. It was clean except for the bottom sides of the toilet. There was urine that looked like it had been there awhile. I would stay there again. Everything else was great and loved the location! The host was very quick to help with booking as we had a few problems because we booked the day of arrival. Would definitely stay there again!“

„The house was perfect for our family. Set up as pictured. Clean, comfy and cozy. The backyard is a bonus with the lights and the fire pit. „This is our second time staying at this house. We really enjoy having all the space it provides. The ocean view is wonderful. We saw many dolphins during our stay and also enjoyed seeing turtles hatch just a few yards down the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also liked that we could walk to the restaurant across the street for dinner or a few drinks. We hope to stay here again in the future.“
