Firstly, You guys threatened to the staff that "give me the refund or I will put bad review". You never intended to stay at our motel that night, I tell you why, You called that morning asking to cancel the reservation and the staff told you that we have Expedia cancellation policy of 72 hour and your cancellation was on the very last minute so it is non refundable and your plan was not to stay and drive longer. So, when You came in, you were just looking for a reasons for a refund. you said about smell, It is brand new renovated room with laminate flooring. you said about flie, we are on lake, in night when the outside room light is on usually there are some very tiny flies outside near to the light bulb so as sson as you open the door it came with open door. specially in very dark. Staff also said we can switch you to the different room. But as you never intend to say, you refused that you do not want to stay at all. and threatened to the staff that refund me the money or I will put bad review. So Unfortunate that people like you take advantage like this by hurting our Bread and Butter.

Deal Linda, Apologies for any inconvenience that you had at our facility. Room type itself say Queen Lake View, and in the picture also it can easily be seen one Bed in the whole room. Yes, facility is under renovation. and it may have cause you inconvenience. Sorry to hear about your experience and we do apologize for that. Take Care.
