The Maple Retreat at Park Mammoth
If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.

This little cabin worked quite well for our needs. It was clean, and had just the right amenities to relax with after a couple days of hiking/exploring the caves.
