„It was very warm in our room. We could not Open the window completely and as the Hotel is situated on a Highway it was very loud and still warm. as we told the problem the next day we were told that we could have booked an additional air conditioner. We had although Problems with a Dripping drain at our bassin “

„Obwohl für 3 Personen gebucht, war nur ein Doppelbett gerichtet. Auf Nachfrage wurde während unserer Abwesenheit Bettzeug für eine Schlafcouch ins Zimmer gelegt. Das Präparieren der Couch als Schlafgelegenheit und das Beziehen dieses Bettes durften wir dann selbst übernehmen, ganz wie in einer Jugendherberge.“

„The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway. The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment. Iwe had a good overnight stay.“

Sanitär sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß -Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, Mischbatterien mit Kalt- und Warmwasser zum selber mixen- alles ziemlich verkalkt. Komplettes Zimmer mit Teppich ausgelegt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren wegen Darts in Blackpool, für Urlaub würden wir dort niemals wieder hin fliegen.. “

The bar, Copper Face Jacks was only open once during my 5 day stay, and when i asked why it was closed, i was told it was due to lack of staff. Apart from that, it was fine and i will be back.“
