Clean good sized room for the price. Nice kitchen area that I was unaware of when I booked the room. Hotel should publicize that amenity. Good breakfast selection included eggs and waffles. Plenty of free parking.

Front desk was very friendly. Had issues with setting up wi-fi at first but they were able to get my Hilton account linked which worked right away. Room was very nice. Will most likely stay again when we are this way next time.

Family visit
I have stayed st Homewood Suites before so my expectations were met with this visit. Very comfortable, spacious room but would have been better if the bedroom and sitting area were separated by a wall. I thought I had booked this type of room. In the end, this didn't matter as my daughter decided to stay elsewhere. The mattress in 134 was a bit soft and might need to be changed. Felt like I was sleeping in a valley. Really appreciate the efforts to be pro-environment in the bathroom - dispensers for shampoos, etc. Would recommend the same for lotion and soap by the sink. Also liked the recycle bin in the kitchen. The breakfast food was tasty but each morning the egg dishes were a bit dry. Nice to have fresh fruit and hot oatmeal. Could you offer a few Vegan options? Front desk staff were always friendly. Thanks again to everyone who made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

We liked the one bedroom suite option. Allowed one person to go to bedroom and close the door and another to stay up and watch tv in the other room. Lots of space, the kitchenette has everything you could want and more. It was like renting a small apartment with breakfast and other amenities (gym, etc) included. Extremely clean and staff was super helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was great, this is tge second time I hastayed there, my only complaints are that the bar wasnot open for my entire stay, the snow removal was terrible, and that no one told me that I couldn't apply my points to my Hilton Honors acount.

We stayed here before and after getting married in Boulder. The entire stay from start to finish was amazing. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious both mornings. We stayed in a king suite, and the room was perfect. We would definitely return!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice staff. Clean, comfortable, new building with a very nice courtyard. We liked the driving distance to both Denver and Boulder (around 15-20 minutes in normal conditions). Good breakfast.

The hotel is nice, clean and in a good location. However this Hilton told me I should not book through Expedia. I asked for a different room as the room I was put in had windows blocked by the the drive up. I was told they could not change my room since I booked through Expedia and that they give room preference to people who have booked directly with Hilton. I also asked for a late checkout and was told normally they would give me 1pm since I am a Hilton silver member but since I booked through Expedia they could only do 12:30. Honestly I was happy with 12:30 and did not think the Expedia dig was necessary. They are definitely sending a strong message if you book via Expedia you get lower quality service.

Service was fantastic! This is my 2nd stay here. Allie (sorry if misspelled) was a delight. She was super helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed is so comfortable. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and I love this one so much. I’ll be staying here again.

Disappointed But Nice Recovery
The Homewood Suites in Broomfield is a nice property, and the surrounding area is nice. The service at the hotel was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms were oversold, so they moved us to a sister property which was not as spacious or comfortable. The hotel manager is working on getting the first night comped for the inconvenience. The food for the complimentary breakfast was fair, but because the hotel was very busy, the kitchen staff could not keep up with the demand. Whether or not I would stay again is a maybe. The hotel staff was friendly, especially Ever and Eric, the GM. There is is one person whose name I will not mention, but she had the wrong temperment for the job at the front desk.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights. The room was okay but only got attended once during a weeklong stay. They didn't even replace the coffee pods that I had used. Had to go to the desk for towels, coffee, etc. Pool was out of service on arrival and when it did open, it was cold. One elevator stopped working and my handicapped wife had a very long walk to the opposite end of the building to the one working elevator. The breakfast prep each day was the absolute worst prepared food that I have experienced in any hotel since the pandemic. Truly awful breakfast, as if they had no idea how to even heat anything up. For the prices they charge, you would think they could possibly find some competent help. Would not recommend. Worst Hilton branded hotel stay ever.
