It is hard to ask for any more than a beautiful home with plenty of space and a property that allows for beach lounging and kayaking.It was a great trip for our pets, as well, who loved playing in the yard and in the sand. They also kept an eye on the family of deer that regularly walked through the yard.The owner was great as well, responding to messages quickly and there were no issues ...

The house is well equipped, and you can tell that the owners stay there part time.The layout allows for socializing and fun on the middle level with a sitting areas and screened in porch while others can find some peace and quiet if needed on the upper or lower floorsThe private beach access is awesome and a true benefit. „We had the BEST family vacation yet! This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws and a sibling. Everyone had thier own space. So many places on the property to go and relax. The pier was my favorite. We had the best time catching blue crabs, kayaking and enjoying the hot tub. The kitchen was PERFECT to make breakfast for everyone while watching them fish and play outside. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. “

„We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. “

„Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we ...
