One of Misty Blue`s biggest advantages is its location. 259 Market and nearby shops are just a 2-minute walk away, while restaurants, attractions, ATV rentals, and entertainment are close by. All roads leading to the cabin are paved for convenient year-round access.

You can walk to the market, nearby shops, spa, food options and ATV rentals. A vehicle is recommended for exploring Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and other parts of the area.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire cabin, hot tub, deck, fire pit and game areas.

The front door has an electronic smart-lock keypad and private entrance. A unique access code will be provided before check-in.

Pet Friendly

Pets are welcome.

Important Information

Security Cameras
For guest and property security, there are two exterior cameras that record 24/7: one at the front door and one at the back door. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

WiFi
WiFi is provided, but Hochatown is a rural area and internet speeds or connectivity may occasionally vary.

Wildlife & Insects
Misty Blue is professionally treated by a pest-control service; however, the cabin is located in a wooded, rural environment. Guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife, insects, pollen and other elements of nature despite regular cleaning and pest-control treatments.

Nearby Construction
Hochatown is a growing community, and construction may occasionally occur on nearby properties. Activity is generally more common on weekdays, but schedules are outside our control.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
This cabin is privately owned. A renter agreement and security deposit may be required as part of the reservation process.
Expectations:

We ensure that our home is cleaned to the best of our ability every other time it is tended to, and we encourage an embrace of the natural surroundings. It is important to note that given the wilderness setting, encounters with bugs both inside and outside the cabin are possible. Additionally, wildlife may be present in the vicinity. We aim to provide an authentic experience in harmony with nature, encompassing all that one would expect in such an environment.

House Rules:
NO Unauthorized Pets.
NO Parties/Events unless permitted by host.
NO Smoking inside and outside the cabins.
NO Tampering on our cameras and smoke detectors.
NO Unauthorized Extra Overnight Guests
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed on the property for daytime visits.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior authorization.
NO Late Check outs unless permitted by host.
NO Early Check-in unless permitted by host.
We kindly ask that you not move the fireplace logs, as this can cause the pilot to clog and affect the fireplace’s performance, or the wood may produce excess soot. Please note, a penalty will be imposed for any violations.

Additional House Rules:
Quiet Hours is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please do not move furniture inside our cabin unless permitted.

Due to past incidents, we require the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old, or have a group member who is 25 or older.
By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to our age requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Unauthorized Pets will be $100/pet/night.
Unauthorized Events will be $500.
Smoking is $500.
Tampering our smart devices $500.
Unauthorized Extra Guests (Overnight) $250/guest/nights.
