One reservation gives you exclusive use of two complete spaces—the Main House and Game House—connected by a large deck.



🛋️ Main House

The main house is where mornings, meals, and slower moments naturally come together. An open living space with a Smart TV and seasonal gas fireplace flows into the full kitchen and dining area.



The king master suite includes a spa-style ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, offering a quieter place to recharge when the games wind down.



You'll also have a guest half bath and full laundry room here.

Across the deck is the cabin's entertainment hub.



Two king suites with private ensuite bathrooms sit alongside a bunk nook that sleeps six, making this side especially useful for multi-family stays.



In the middle: arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, lounge seating, and a 70" Smart TV. A kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave keeps drinks and snacks close without sending everyone back to the main kitchen.



The entire property is single level with no stairs inside.

All three king bedrooms include memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, quality linens, and plush bedding.



Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, including children and infants.



It's an especially comfortable setup for a family retreat, multi-family vacation, couples' trip, or group getaway—private king rooms for the adults, with a dedicated bunk-and-game space nearby.

Start the morning with coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee maker, make breakfast before heading to the lake, or gather everyone back around the table for dinner after a full day outside.



The kitchen has the essentials for cooking and sharing meals, including quartz counters, full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and wine glasses.



Prefer dinner outdoors? Fire up the propane grill and eat on the deck.

🧼 Policies & Details



- Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests, including children and infants.

- Pets: Up to 4 well-behaved dogs are welcome. $50 per pet, per night. Dogs must stay off furniture and be crated when left alone.

- Fireplaces: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available October 1 through April 30 and turned off from May 1 to September 30.

- Check-In & Parking: Self check-in with a private smart-lock keypad. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

- EV Charging: An EV charger is available on the property.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Events: No parties or unauthorized events.

- Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required.

- Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras monitor the property—one at the front door and one at the back door facing the porch. There are no indoor cameras.

- Family Essentials: A Pack ’n Play and high chair are provided for guests traveling with little ones.
