Zen Retreat is a brand new 2-story 5-bedroom 5-bath modern luxury cabin with bunk room that can sleep up to 22 guests comfortably with ample parking for boats and RVs. A huge back porch with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, patio seating with fireplace and TV, hot tub, fire pit & kids play set provide for hours of outdoor entertainment. Located on a lot with beautiful tall pine trees with a circular driveway and a large front area there is plenty of room for guests to park and relax during a visit to the Broken Bow Lake area.

Located in the Pine Hills North 2 development, Zen Retreat has a spacious foyer with a 24 ft high ceiling, large glass windows with beautiful views of the pine trees and a beautiful modern chandelier. The living area has two large sofas and comfy sofa chairs in front of a rock hearth fireplace. The gas burning insert is seasonal October- April. Above the fireplace is a 65 inch Smart TV with all the popular streaming apps(BYOS).

The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and stainless appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with a dispenser, glass-top cook stove with electric oven, dishwasher, a stacked wall oven and microwave. The fully furnished kitchen also includes a Keurig single serve coffee maker(starter supply of K-Pods & creamer packs provided), KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart Toaster, Cuisinart Waffle maker, Rice cooker and a Slow cooker The cabinets are stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware, eating utensils, and cooking utensils. The large island in the kitchen has 4 bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with bench seating that will seat up to 10.

The laundry closet with 2 full size washers and 2 full size dryers is located off the kitchen in the main living area.

Next to the kitchen are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom with an oversized tiled shower. Bedroom 1 has a king bed wrapped in luxurious linens with 2 night stands, a closet for storage, a 58 inch flat screen Samsung smart TV mounted on the wall for private viewing. It also has a small working desk and a chair with a 24 inch monitor. Bedroom 2 has a king bed wrapped in luxurious linens with a night stand, a dresser for storage, a 58 inch flat screen smart TV mounted on the wall for private viewing.

Down the hall of the 1st floor is a Master bedroom suite. The king size bed is wrapped in luxurious linens. A 58 inch flat screen Samsung smart TV is mounted on the wall for private viewing. This bedroom has a closet for storage of personal items. The ensuite bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding barn door. Within the bath space there is an oversized tiled shower, and double vanities.

On the other side of the living room is the bunk room with 4 built-in twin size bunk beds. Each bed has a personal niche and an electric outlet with USB to store and charge personal electronic devices. The 4 lower bunk beds have their own personal reading light in the ceiling controlled by a separate switch. Next to the bunk room is a full bathroom with an oversized tiled shower.

Up the flight of stairs is the game room and 2 large master bedroom suites. The game room has a shuffleboard, foosball table and arcade games table to provide hours of entertainment. It also has two large bean bags in front of a rock hearth fireplace. The gas burning insert is seasonal October- April. Above the fireplace is a 65 inch flat screen Samsung Smart TV with all the popular streaming apps(Bring your own subscription). There is also ample ad supported free entertainment.

The 2 large master bedroom suites upstairs have king size beds wrapped in luxurious linens with night stands. They also have a twin daybed with trundle that will be ideal for families with small children who want to sleep together. A 58 inch flat screen Samsung smart TV is mounted on the wall for private viewing. These bedrooms have a walk in closets for storage of personal items. The ensuite bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms by a door. Within the bath space there is an oversized tiled shower, a bathtub, separate room with commode and double vanities. One of the bedrooms also has a private walk out balcony with chairs to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

The outdoor area of Zen Retreat has accommodations to provide hours of relaxation while enjoying nature. The covered deck has a seating area in front of a gas burning fireplace with a 65 inch flat screen smart TV mounted over it. Next to the seating area is a large 8 person hot tub in an open area so you can relax and enjoy the views of the pine trees during the day and bright stars in the sky at night (our hot tubs are drained and sanitized after each guest reservation)

On the other side of the back porch is a large outdoor kitchen with a beautiful quartz countertop that has a built-in 4 burner propane gas grill (connected to the propane tank), ice maker, a beverage refrigerator, and a sink with a faucet. There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 under the covered porch. There is also a swing and a few extra chairs on the back porch. On the gravel yard there is a circular fire pit for wood burning fires where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy the night sky. Ladder golf and corn hole games are also available to play in the back yard with your friends and family. Zen Retreat also has a large playset with slides, swings and a walking bridge that children will enjoy hours playing on.

Zen retreat is

8 minute drive (6.4 miles) to The Market At Local 259 and other shops. They have freshly made food, shopping and also special events on weekends.

10 minutes drive to Timber Creek Trail Merchant area where you can find Hochatown Distilling Co Gift Shop, Shuck Me Seafood Restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, Mountain Fork Brewery and Pizza, Hochatown Escape Game, Tea & Jewelry and Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop.

You are approximately 10 miles North of Broken Bow Lake and Marina, Beavers Bend State Park and other Hochatown restaurants and local attractions.
