Sawbuck Lodge is nestled amongst the trees in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood a few miles north of Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. The main house offers 1 king suite with twin, two full bathrooms, and a open air-loft that sleeps 4 kids or adults. The other two king suites with bathrooms are located across from the main house accessed via a covered breezeway. This unique floor plan offers both comfort and privacy to those traveling with family or friends.

Main House: family room + kitchen + loft + private suite

Family room
The heart of the lodge resides within the main house, where you will find an inviting family room with a large sectional sofa and floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the tall majestic pine trees that surround the lodge. A gorgeous stone fireplace serves as the focal point, providing warmth and ambiance for cozy evenings with loved ones streaming movies on a 65 inch smart TV, or playing board games.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all modern appliances including double ovens, electric stovetop and Keurig K-Duo Single Serve Carafe coffee maker. Gather together around a large island that provides ample space for meal preparation and additional seating for four. The custom kitchen table with built-in benches is the perfect spot for enjoying meals together, sharing stories and planning the next day s adventures. Don't fret about packing coffee or creamer we have it covered!

Loft
For an extra touch of whimsy, an open-air loft can be accessed via a charming spiral staircase. This loft is designed with families and friends in mind, offering four twin XL bunk beds, perfect for kids or the young at heart. Entertainment abounds in the loft with a sit down arcade machine with an impressive 412 games, a Star Wars pinball machine, and a NBA Jam basketball arcade machine. If that is not enough, there is also a 65 inch smart TV to stream all your favorite shows or movies! A full bathroom dedicated for the guests of the loft is located on the first floor. Don t worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer-we have it covered!

Private Suite
Within the main house is a private suite, providing a peaceful retreat for our guests. The suite features a comfy king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a twin bed, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows or movies. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided by us!

Outside the Main House
2 Private Suites:
Step outside the main house and you ll discover two additional private suites accessed through the covered breezeway. Each suite has separate doors with smart locks, ensuring total privacy for their occupants. Each suite has a cozy king sized bed with luxurious bedding, en-suite bathroom with a large walk- in shower, a K-Mini Keurig machine for your morning coffee ritual, and a smart TV for your entertainment. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided by us!

The breezeway
The covered breezeway is a spacious area designed for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable couch and two chairs, providing ample seating for guests. In the center of the breezeway is a stunning outdoor stone fireplace with a 55-inch smart TV mounted above it, creating a cozy atmosphere for gathering and watching movies or sports. In addition to the seating and fireplace, we provide a barbecue, outdoor dining table, ping pong table, and other various games. There will also be retractable gates to both the front and back entrances.

Backyard fun!
In the mood to play more games? Head out back and into the trees to play a spirited game of putt-putt, horseshoes, corn hole, or ladder golf! For our younger guests(kids!) hours of entertainment await on the swing set/fort by TreeFrogs! In addition to the games, guests will also discover a large picnic table for outdoor dining and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows! There is also a beautiful covered deck with a large private hot tub!

Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrance, as well as 2 cameras facing the breezeway. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area.

Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee.

Things to remember!
Sawbuck Lodge is accessed on a gravel unpaved road! (We haven't had any problem getting to our property). We are also located in the woods, which means that there is a potential for bugs! We do spray periodically with safe pesticides and have been able to keep the bug population low. It is always a good idea to bring some bug spray.
