Just 5 miles north from the heart of Hochatown allows for that peaceful getaway, yet close enough to all the fun Hochatown has to offer! Ideal for couples or small families. This beautiful cabin is 1100 sq.ft. with a covered wrap around porch, sitting on 1.24 acres, creates an unforgettable getaway experience. Just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and Beavers Bend State Park.

The living room features a comfortable sofa with a queen pullout bed, 65" smart TV, gas fireplace and two reclining chairs to cozy up and enjoy the fire and a show.

The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations - Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, Keurig, large and small appliances, toaster, blender, and kids plates.

The master bedroom has a king bed (memory foam mattress), a smart TV, dresser, closet, lamps, fans and charging ports for phones.

The full bathroom is right off the bedroom with a shower, massive soaking tub, double vanity, towels, and hair dryer.

There is plenty of seating with four barstools around the expansive kitchen island and a dining table that seats four.

We supply an abundance of board games, card games, pillows and blankets, and covered patio seating!

The wrap-around deck boasts a hot tub, gas fireplace with seating for two and a set of rocking chairs. A smart TV is hung above the fireplace with views from the hot tub for your entertainment.

The fire pit area is secluded with pine trees towering over. Four Adirondack chairs and a swing for two allow for that unforgettable escape from the city ,as you can stargaze all night.

Firewood and a starter pack of s’mores ingredients provided!

Satellite internet available on the smart TV's to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc.

There is also a DVD player in the living room with DVD's for your enjoyment.

Hochatown is full of dirt roads, hills and rocky areas, please take it nice and slow while driving in. Roads leading up to the cabin are gravel.

Hochatown is a rapidly growing area, construction in or around is to be expected.

Security cameras/surveillance located on the front of the cabin facing the driveway and at the front entry door. It records audio/video 24/7.
There is also an Alexa device inside the cabin that can be unplugged.

A $200 deposit (temporary hold on your credit card) is required.

A signed rental agreement is required.

NO smoking inside the cabin. Doing so will result in retaining the security deposit, and fined extra charges for damages and cleaning. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly.

No pets allowed.
