„This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. „We had a wonderful stay! The location is private with trees and bushes in between the neighbors so you don't see them. The dock easily fit two fishing boats. There were more than enough trash bins to hold all of our trash, which is a big plus because some places don't have enough. The main house was a little bit to get to the water to (my parents are 79 and 82) but there is a small cabin that is right on the water. That had a bathroom and a refrigerator that could be used so you could hang out ...

„This truly checked all of the boxes for me and my family! From previous cabin rentals, I have a tendency to overpack…there was absolutely nothing I needed here except for food and clothes. The place was spotless and garbage was taken care of immediately. Bonus points for meeting the wonderful neighbors, Barb and Mark! „Very nice house, clean, and easy with nice backyard and lots of room and amenities! Everything was just as represented by the owner. Such a nice house with a great setup. Cook is an awesome small community! Wonderful breakfast and lunch options at coffee shop downtown. Cool theater which we have went to before but it was closed when we were in town. Clean grocery store. Moosebirds ice cream up the road! What could be better?!? “
