„Quick trip to Delaware; perfect place to call home. Very clean, cozy, and location. Plenty of space for everyone. Very kind welcome baskets for personal toiletries on all beds. Missing video arcade games but didn’t take away from coziness of the place. Great stay; definitely stay there again.“

„The house is clean and has everything you might need. The views are spectacular. The screened in porch is so nice to have coffee on and look at the ocean. Karen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are a family of 6 and easily fit in just two of the bedrooms. The smart tvs were great. „We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. „Great place for us. Appreciate the bottled water dispenser and extra water bottle. Only thing I could say that was negative was the master bed mattress was way too soft and gave my wife and I some neck soreness. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.“

Water views were great from so much of the house and owners had thought of every possible touch to make people feel at home. „Our vacation started off with a tropical storm but we weathered it out in this adorable little house. Alex has done great work to this home and we barely noticed the winds or rain inside. Luckily we did have two great days of no rain and explored the beach next to the house (great for sea glass hunting) and the adorable East Point Lighthouse near by. „My daughter was graduating from university of Delaware so we rented this place in Wilmington. Pretty easy drive back-and-forth from Newark to Wilmington. The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area.“
